All toners, supplies, and parts are O.E.M., high quality compatible, or "like new" recharges$4.95 flat rate ground shipping on any size order outside of Bismarck, Dickinson, Jamestwon, Mandan, or Minot. Express and Air shipping extra. FREE delivery within Bismarck, Dickinson, Jamestwon, Mandan, or Minot. Return applicable empty cores for credit on your account. Some recharged cartridges require advanced empty core, because of empty core shortages. All returns require you to call our customer service department to obtain a return authorization Number (RA) prior to the return of any product. Full refund on unopened boxes and toner containers only. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 30 days. Special order items are not returnable. Before contacting us for an RA Number please have the following information available: 1. Name, address, and phone number 2. Model number of equipment using item 3. Toner, supply, or part item 4. Quantity to be returned. 5. Reason for the return. 6. Date of original order. Any package received without an RA number will be refused. RA numbers are only good for 15 days. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid; call tags will not be issued. Any returns that are sent freight collect will be refused. A Credit will not be issued until the product in question has been received back at our warehouse. Warranty: Products are sold with manufacturer's warranty. Midwest Business Systems makes no warranty and will assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of any consumable in any manufacturer's equipment other than the vendor's warranty. All replacement products will be sent by ground shipping at no charge. Requests for other shipping methods will be subject to their respective shipping charges.
